Which one would you choose?
Personally I would be more inclined to use Shopio. After trying out both with the free tail I found Shopio to be a tiny bit more user friendly and clear in its uses. This was helped by the extensive tutorial that the site itself gives you. Next to that all other concepts were implemented in a better way than Paystand (or they at least mentioned them instead of hiding them somewhere). The Shopio experience is one that tailors itself to your specific need more than the Paystand experience. For Paystand you have to go on a discovery yourself instead of making it ready to use by the click of a button.
For the other aspects I relied more on the reviews of others because I had no personal experience with the connectivity and stability of the two softwares. I found these were mainly up to standards and that there were no real issues anywhere (now and again some small things). However I placed Shopio higher in most aspects because the 24/7 support was consistently mentioned when trouble arose. Every time the issue was fixed fast and with only minor intervention by the helpdesk, this direct support is very important for me personally when I look for software to use. Because you can't find every fix yourself and sometimes it's just a necessity to get help. And when you can rely on a well functioning helpdesk it's always a comforting feeling.
